Opinionated Opinions by a fat, gender critical SWERF N TERF crone from hell. TERF is a slur and a call to violence against women. Woman is not a feeling. Fat is not a feeling.
Used to support the TRA agenda until I got un-woke and learned that TERF is Feminazi covered in glitter. MRA's and TRA's both want to silence and erase women. I'm too bitchy to be silenced and too big to be erased.
George Takei opens up about his childhood in Japanese American internment camps and Donald Trump: At a time when comic books are regularly adapted into superhero movies, George Takei's new graphic memoir 'They Called Us Enemy' involves heroes who would also work wonderfully on the silver screen. To be sure, the main characters don't wear colorful costumes or use superpowers, but they are heroes
This is my response to a post on Transgender Trend regarding the withdrawal of "transgender schools guidance" in Scotland.
Conflating common sense with "transphobia" needs to stop. Not pushing for extreme, physically altering measures with potentially serious negative consequences right out of the starting gate is not "transphobia."
Further, ordering girls that they must accept a boy in the changing area or risk being branded "transphobic" and, therefore, a bad person is not acceptable.
Nobody should be insensitive to a person who states that he or she is transgender. But schools were very quick to dismiss the thoughts and feelings of girls as "hysterical", which would seem an obvious indication that sexism is alive and well.
At least common sense has prevailed in this case.
Gender is not physical sex, and conflating the two leads to a myriad of problems.
Man reaches peak trans after reading the gender critical subreddit, being berated for calling a trans woman ‘sir’, and going on a date with a TIM who only revealed they were trans right before they were going to have sex.
And if the trans woman feared being murdered, then why did they wait until they were in private just before having sex? That trans woman had multiple opportunities to say they were trans in public spaces with others around where they wouldn’t be murdered and if they were attacked, there’d be witnesses to see and help. He even could’ve revealed it over Twitter/messaging and avoid the possibility of being attacked all together if this guy didn’t like that/rejected him. But, no, he waited until they were alone and just about to fuck before revealing that he was actually a trans woman -because that’s when he thought he’d be LEAST likely to be murdered?
I know you’re a moron, but seriously?
Also, the trans murder rate is one of the lowest of all groups in the country and the ones who are murdered are overwhelmingly black and/or prostitutes.
On my first date with my bf, he straight up asked if I was trans. I don't usually talk about it, but I wouldn't care.
Also, the topic wasn't what genitals they had (because surgery exists, you dipshit) but rather their trans status AND the fact that you claim that they feared getting murdered but only revealed that they were trans at probably the moment they were most likely to be murdered.
Of course trans deaths are important, you just have no reading comprehension (as we all know). But trans people have a lower murder rate than most other groups and the trans people who are murdered are typically black and/or prostitutes -two of the highest risk groups for murder- so abusing their high murder statistics to be like ’trans people fear being killed’ when your statistics say that being trans means that you're less likely to be murdered is frankly disgusting.
But it's amazing that I'm seeing you yet again making bold claims with nothing to back you up. We all know you're just an idiot who likes to argue with ’TERFs’ because you hate us.
Why are you with him then? Him asking that is clearly to make the "trans woman are "manish" and "manish women are ugly" like the ideal that if a woman isn't purely feminine she loses her womanhood
That's pretty common shit that happens to many butch lesbians I know its gross and design to shame women to conformed to gender roles
Well I got these very nice comments by terfs when they heard about a trans woman being raped
Fyi statistics are generally bullshit you can make whatever up
I know this because MRA assholes love to use them to invalidate feminism
Why I'm with him is none of your concern. How you jumped from ’my bf asked me if I was trans’ to ’trans women are manish’ is an interesting thought, though. Is that not invalidating to all the trans women out these who are obviously hyperfeminine and passing to the point that you can't tell them apart from ’his women’? Your comment is really transphobic and kinda TERFy. @confirmed-terfs
Can you prove that these were from ’TERFs’? Or is it that you just want to call these women ’TERFs’ because it validates your point and invalidates them? (Like all times women are called ’TERFs’.) These comments are disgusting and, with the way they're worded, I'm doubtful they're from radfems.
But if you're going to use that against ’TERFs’ then I can just bring up maybe a hundred examples of TRAs wanting to kill, rape, or abuse ’TERFs’. Not that you'll care... Or you’ll just think it’s justified because TRAs have normalised the violence against women so long as they're ’ideologically impure’.
And apparently statistics are meaningless, unless they work in your favour because then they're super important, right? Seems to be the entire basis of your movement.
Anyway, this isn't a discourse blog. These are for stories to be shared. You're welcome to fuck off back to whichever relm of hell you can from. I really don't give a shit what the fuck you do. 😁
“ Also nice for radfems to admit trans deaths don’t matter because they’re “black and or sex workers”
@discourser715 It would appear that reading comprehension is not your strong suit. @peaktransmoments was explaining that, statistically speaking, the majority of trans women who are murdered are black (hence, victims of racism) and/or sex workers. Sex workers are exposed to an increased amount of violence. Not once was it stated that trans deaths didn’t matter, or that the deaths of black people or sex workers didn’t matter. People like you love to find a reason to be offended, even if it means deliberately misinterpreting a merely factual statement to be totally biased against you.
Also, if the trans woman mentioned in the peak trans story was “afraid of being murdered,” why did she invite the “sexist” potentially murder-y dude back to her apartment to have sex?
The "queering" of vulnerable young people has gotten way out of hand.
Sadly, gay and queer are synonymous in most people's minds. Which means if you criticize any aspect of Queer Culture, you are labeled a homophobe.
There's certainly nothing wrong with being homosexual. There's nothing wrong with being a boy who prefers "feminine" things, although here we are getting into the question of gendering the way a person dresses and the activities and things that they like. However, being homosexual and expressing oneself in a way deemed by society as more consistent with the opposite sex are two different things.
As a gender critical feminist, I feel that the modern insistence on rigid gender norms is setting things way, way back, and it's doing more harm than good.
Just like beauty pageants for girls, these Drag Kid pageants expose vulnerable young people to predatory behavior by adults with a predilection for sexualizing minors.
My Peak Libfem moment had been coming for a while, but Slutwalk was the straw that broke the camel's back. Like--we're going to get revenge on creepy men by objectifying ourselves...WHAT???
My peak trans moment happened when I looked at photos of that display at the SF public library with the t-shirts saying things like "I punch TERFs" and "Die cis scum." I thought "this is a call to violence, and I cannot support this."
My peak queer moment came with the queer community's defense of DDLG kink.
Let me expand on the above.
Going "peak trans" does not mean that I hate transgender people or that I think they should be treated as lesser human beings in any way. It means that I refuse to be bullied by the TRA cult any longer. I went along with rhetoric such as "trans women are women" until I realized that the TRAs wanted non-trans women to sit down, shut up, and "choke on my ladydick." TRAs are no different from MRAs. They want women to be silent and subservient, to speak only when spoken to, and only to say "yes, master, I will suck your cock as you command."
In the past, feminists tended to support trans people for the simple reason that both women and trans people are treated as second class citizens and are often objectified and exploited. There was no widespread insistence that lesbians should gladly consent to having sex with pre-op trans women or they are bad, nasty, icky TERFs. There were no ludicrous assertions that trans women are biologically women.
Previously the thought was: trans people are people too, and they deserve equal rights and fair treatment. Their struggles should be acknowledged. I fully supported that and still do. What I cannot support is this idea that there shall be no questioning, criticism, or debate of any kind, even when it comes to the health and well-being of vulnerable young people. You shut your damn TERF mouth unless it's choking on a ladydick.
Yeah--can't get behind that.
Further, I (and others) notice that one really doesn't see trans men mentioned in this rhetoric. Trans men don't go around carrying signs saying "Trans Men are Men." Trans men are not vocally demanding access to men's changing areas. Trans men are not insisting that terms such as "father," "penis," and "scrotum" are "violence against trans men."
Things that make you go HMMM...
And also form the opinion that TRA = MRA.
The TRA agenda actually harms trans people who only want to live their lives in peace and mean no harm to anyone. I support these people. I don't support the TRA cult.
That is what I mean by Peak Trans.
DDLG means "daddy dom/little girl" and it's as nasty as it sounds. I do not give one single fuck about "kink shaming."
Also, notice that there is not a great prevalence of MDLB (which would be mommy dom/little boy).
As long as all participants are consenting adults and no-one is being severely harmed either physically or mentally, I'm not saying this kink should be illegal. I'm just saying that I'm going to give it the side-eye, and I'm not going to cheer it on out of fear that I may be "kink shaming." Fuck that noise.
That is why DDLG was my Peak Queer moment.
I once saw a post on Tumblr which said: "if my feminism is not inclusive and intersectional, then who is it for?"
My answer is this.
My feminism is for women and girls.
Intersectionality is fine, but we have allowed feminism to be co-opted by the TRA Cult in the name of Appearing Inclusive and not wanting to be viewed as Mean, Hairy-Legged, Man-Hating TERFs.
It's time to take back feminism and make it for women again.
The government loves to sweep the incarceration of people with Japanese ancestry under the rug. Hardly anyone knows about this shameful period in history. It’s being brought back into the light now because people who were in the Japanese internment camps are speaking up about what is being done to the Latino refugees.
What is being done to the Latino refugees now is a human rights abuse, and those responsible should stand trial.
